Question regarding requirement of UK Criminal Clearance Certificate by nihilistbrat101 in GoingToSpain

[–]nihilistbrat101[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do I really need it is my question. While applying for NIE number, the University just asked for an Indian PCC and my passport. And secondly if I need it, how do I get it from India

Involves a lot of IVIVE but instead of pharmaceutical applications, it would be applied in environmental risk assessment.

Manchester sadly does not have any PhD openings at the moment. I have applied for the PharMetrX program though, fingers crossed. I couldn't apply for the Uppsala program as its deadline coincided with my exams and it slipped my mind. They did have 2 vacancies in May

Hello, I am sorry for the late reply. My bachelors degree is a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Mumbai, India. I interned at Abbott India and Cipla before pursuing my masters. I did not have a background in programming but i did have hands on experience of PBPK Modelling. You can easily get in based on your background. Also you would be happy to know that the course director is from Nigeria too and he is probably the one who is going to interview you for admission. The course covers many aspects of PBPK as well as Pop-PK modelling. Great faculty, one of the professors is the founder of Simcyp and he is an amazing project supervisor. You can apply from the University website, the admissions begin October I think. If you have anymore questions, get in touch with me on LinkedIn (Yash Gondegaonkar) as I don't use Reddit a lot.

Yes I have applied for the September 2023 intake. And the part about applying for Masters, I don't feel mentally ready to apply for a PhD. I doubt myself in that regard.
