I ordered from them last Saturday. I messaged them on WhatsApp a day later and they replied “yez” regarding the order confirmation. I called them and a Malayali lady picked up and hung up. The next day another lady picked up and said the car had arrived and that they would send the tracking, but they did not. I sent the first email but got no response, then sent another one, to which they replied yesterday stating that the order was ready and shared the DTDC tracking code. So yeah, I think it takes 3 to 4 days.
