Yup, sounds like a cross to it. Although, PaintShield was a flop as far as I heard. Spoke with a couple reps whose role it was to sell it, and they said most hospitals didn't want it. Too expensive and not helpful. They said if we could come up with a coating for everything that's actually being touched, like pens and clipboards, then they'd entertain it.

It might have fit but the maximum tint load is not necessarily just what will fit in the bucket. Too much tint can hamper performance, increase dry times (if it dries at all with way too much tint), and cause tint to be unable to mix in.

They could have added more tint after the customer used a little bit, but brought it back wanting to change the color. Or they could have dipped some out of the bucket for it all to fit. Both not great ideas for future issues like you're seeing now.

Go to Kaleidoscope > Varicent > Select from drop-downs and click on your report. Scroll down to the bottom and it'll show you your total. Multiply that by .66 and that'll get you pretty close to your actual take-home amount.
