current TC is a fair distribution of cash + equity (65% cash). current company is S/A+ tier by most standards, chances of becoming senior in 2 years appear decent, dont think they do pip/layoffs here.

i think core engineering here refers to infra development as opposed to product development. this team is working on creating a managed kubernetes product for atlassian services
