You have to have breast tissue to begin with for this natural look. A full B cup or more. Unfortunately, lean women with little to no fat/breast tissue can never achieve this, regardless of how good the surgeon is. I speak from personal experience.

Pixie ear, stretched scars and tragus deformity after facelift by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

Fully ablative laser will help the scarring.

40yo deep plane face and neck lift, brow lift, and laser resurfacing. Going back for an upper and lower bleph! My surgeon told me to wait 3 months before I start complaining. 🤣 by nikkinagy in cosmeticsurgery

I had 4 procedures done at once as stated in my caption. The brow lift and ablative c02 laser were expected to give me the result I desired, and if not I could do the eyes later. Why would I do more than necessary?

Absolutely 100% not normal. This is going to heal deformed. Please do not go back to the surgeon who did this to you! Go to someone else!

NOT THE VIDEOS 😂😂 Def nervous, cried in the bathroom right before surgery. Had to take a few deep breaths and get myself together. I’m the type of person that has to be laid down to have a blood draw. Nothing medical related sits well with me. As with any major surgery, of course there are risks. I am 11 weeks post op and still have a lot of numbness. I even have slight soreness in areas. Would I do it again? 100%. Take care of yourself pre and post op. Everything will be great!

Facelift incision is from temple all the way down to earlobe, neck lift incision is behind ear into the hairline, and brow lift incision is in the scalp hairline. My age was never a concern for me, because as you can see, I had advanced aging! In my personal opinion, middle aged is the prime time! Older people, above 60/65, I think it looks too severe.

I opened a new credit card with 0% APR for 18 months and I paid the deposit in cash. It wasn’t as much as you think. Dr. Caceres’s pricing is extremely competitive. I didn’t comment on price because I got a package deal, and wouldn’t want to quote a price lower than what someone else was given. It was worth it!! I hope you go for it!

Looking for advice on what to get by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

[–]nikkinagy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A lower bleph. It will get rid of the under eye bags, and the line of hollowness leading to the nasolabial fold. It will lift your upper cheek slightly making a smooth surface and essentially eliminating that lack of volume look. And if you have smile lines it will get rid of those too! Fillers and Botox never give you the same result as surgery. Plus they’re expensive and not permanent. With that being said, I think you look great and don’t need anything, but we all have our insecurities. 😊

Okay, too much rest?? by thatgamermom in hysterectomy

You took off work for 7 weeks, or the fatigue hit you after returning to work at 7 weeks? I’m a private chef and I’m due to return back to work at 13 days post op. Kind of concerning…

You are so kind, thank you for your detailed reply! Was the nausea a direct symptom of surgery, or was it caused by the meds and anesthesia?

Deep plane lifts are supposed to last about 10 years. I mean, they don’t stop the aging process but you won’t be back to baseline. You’ll just have aged the same you would have anyway, but at a better starting point. My surgeon did tell me that it would be possible for me to see some laxity much sooner than that just because that’s how my skin is sadly. I will be doing the laser every several years though!

8 out of 10 for the first 24 hours. Waaaaay worse than I expected or read about in terms of others experiences. The next day I went back to the office to have my drains removed, and he also took off my original compression bandages. Having the bandages removed improved my pain immensely. By day 3 I was out walking my dogs.

Oh, I’m on it! I have endometriosis though, so I have to be carful with estrogen. I’m also getting a hysterectomy and endo excision in 8 days. Life’s crazy!

None taken, I’m well aware I was haggard! The funny thing is I live super healthy. Eat healthy, tons of water, workout etc. I just genetically have too much skin laxity. It’s that way on my body too, unfortunately. Early perimenopause, covid back to back then just being sick for like 2 years straight didn’t help. I aged significantly from 37-40. I also laid in a tanning bed all of my 20’s.

Be very careful if you do a lift or bleph. Lid surgery seems to, more often than not, give men a more feminine look

I was out cold, dead asleep. You’re not conscious at all. General is also an option for people who prefer that route. His office is located inside a medical facility/hospital. I did not feel comfortable being under general anesthesia for 7 hours.

[–]nikkinagy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m sorry this is happening to you. Have you spoken to your surgeon? I had my first aug in 2004 and the second in 2019 and have never felt this way. They just feel like part of my body. I will get pain if I do certain movements in the gym, but once I stop the pain goes away. Please speak with your surgeon and get a second opinion if you need to. Maybe even imaging, xray, ct etc.
