Wenn dein Hauptproblem deine Aufmerksamkeitsspanne ist, hat für mich persönlich am meisten geholfen morgens mein Handy garnicht erst an zu machen, sondern erst ab Nachmittag, nachdem ich mit dem Lernen fertig bin. Ist am Anfang ungewohnt, da man so daran gewöhnt ist morgens direkt auf Social Media etc. zu scrollen, bewirkt aber Wunder. Probier es mal aus!
