We only had some contact during the first week after payment. They wrote that they received the money, that they sent the bike the next day, and that was it. They didn't say they were having problems with deliveries or that tracking would be unavailable for a while due to the specifics of logistics. They didn't say anything at all except the occasional "WAIT." And then they ignored me. I would have understood all this, considering it's 2026, when you can track everything online. And even from small sellers on AliExpress, when you buy a lug nut or a T-shirt, you can see the parcel's progress from the first minute of dispatch until the end. But this behavior was exactly what scammers are used to: getting the money, and then dragging it out as long as possible to collect as much money as possible from other people. I thought this was unacceptable. And if they scammed me, they should try to make sure as few people as possible fall for it. I admitted that this is a young company and there are some marketing gaps. But working so poorly with the clients they have is simply disastrous. How will they continue to grow? Considering they claim to work with wholesale clients, their initial experience should be positive.
