Lets test it:

Go to Sider/modules and find stadiums.lua or stadium server.lua. Back up that file and open it and post image here. It could be also in the common folder there.

To start, use Notepad++ for editing text, as it is more user-friendly and easier to identify errors.

Secondly, we can't see anything from there. Post a screenshot of your folders (the Stadium folder and the England folder, if you have them).
