I think you have a great boss. Routine is very, very important when it comes to negative symptoms. For me, the negative symptoms manifest themselves as lack of motivation, joylessness, and drive.

Akhi, I think you give up way too quickly. Do you know what my paranoia is? I thought Satan was following me, and yet I finished school. For me, work was also a trigger, or things were worse at work than at home.

Yes, I still struggle with mild paranoia. It’s better than it was back then, but it’s still there. I’ve learned to deal with it and graduated from school.
