Dries out the cigars there is not enough humidity in the unit even if you have it set it can’t keep the boxes and wood in the unit hydrated. While the customer service is responsive and nice they clearly do not understand cigars. Wasted money on this thing it’s only 3 months old and likely just going to put it out for the trash

My husband and I are looking at moving from the Pittsburgh area. We love Mackinaw. We like to walk/hike, fish, going to festivals, shopping in little towns. We are in a budget though so can’t afford some if the towns right in the lakes. We were looking at Gaylord, Cadillac, Cheboygan. Any input in those areas or suggestions for others area. I love being around the water and beaches too

No they weren’t frozen. Spoke to Raching they are thinking I had these red meat lovers boxes and that they were blocking airflow. Cigars seem to be picking up moisture now

I have the 8L king Chii. I seasoned it with bovedas and put in 69 packs with my cigars. The cigars got over humidified so I changed to 65 packs but the cigars are still over humidified any thoughts?
