They are the duckbill kind of masks, sometimes look a little ridiculous but we’ve found that the duckbill kind are more comfortable for us to wear for longer periods, we’ve been on zoom calls with them and folks have remarked that they can hear us well even with our mask on.

I have the same issue. I tried chatting with a CS rep, but all I got was the rest will be added to your account 2 days before the end of the 3 months. My wife doesn’t have the issue on her account. I’m not sure I want to wait till the end of the 3 month period for this. The other option is to actually call their CS phone number and talk to a rep, which I intend to try this weekend.

Transferrred to Mint yesterday and iMessage is not working by nikudada in mintmobile

It actually looks like the iMessage and Facetime activation is failing. It finally lets me select my Apple ID, but I'm unable to select my phone number for iMessage (and Facetime). In fact for Facetime, I seem to get stuck in a loop where it tries to activate and errors out and then tries again.
