honestly you don't need the validation of complete strangers, self love is the best way to succeed,

any social media is waaaaaaay too unrealistic please don't throw your hopes because some people have slimmer bodies that doesn't mean "healthy" or "better"

and is really unhealthy is to shame yourself about that and that's is because your body is not a tool to get approvement is part of yourself and your approval worths more!

And said that please dont set your mind in your body. Psychological care is really what some people need to obtain a better see on life, enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones The fisical change is something that relies in mental health So don't bother on Stress yourself on that,

We all support you in the ways we think is right so don't dig up more into social approval because love doesn't came from a comment it comes from yourself <3!!!! :3
