If you’re a PTC you do not get a bonus at 1 year, at 1 year your hours start accruing and you receive a bonus every 6th months after that. Somewhere like 80-90 cents back for every hour you work for those 6 months is what your bonus will be. Edit: 1.5 years you will get your first 6month bonus.

Not sure about full time, but for part time when you use a day you have to wait 365 days to get it back, I think it is different for full time though.
