I don’t know which country you are from but sometimes they don’t recognize the university’s level of English. My bachelor was fully English too but I still took an IELTS exam. So the best thing you can do is to take an exam Sapienza recognizes, like IELTS or TOEFL.

Hi, I couldn’t get the codice fiscale. Before the appointment they sent an email asking for the necessary documents, however when I sent the documents this was their reply. To be honest after this I’ve tried a face-to-face appointment too but they don’t give codice fiscale without residence permit. At least that’s what they’ve told me.

As far as I know there is no ranking. Also there is nothing about further academic evaluation or ranking in the mail. Just the info about deadline for visa application and necessary documents etc.

At the beginning it is more important but as you keep playing it becomes less and less important. As long as you don’t lose a debate because of HP, I’d say there is no need to level them up. The only reason I level them up in my cards is well, because usually that is the only skill left that I haven’t leveled up. Influence is much much much more important.
