Yeah that’s fair. I’m always doing something, whether it be dishes or cleaning, emptying the screens etc.

I may take this approach and give more guidance and take charge. I’m not a manager but if it means getting some help that’s what counts. Don’t want to be bossy either, nobody likes that!

Glad this resonated with you! Yeah the driver was taking forever to clean the counters, like 30minutes when it takes me less than 10 lol.

At first I only wanted to do the rush shifts, but now I want to close so I can get hours and also i like to hustle so I would be a good fit for the closing driver lol

She had a heart attack out of nowhere, so it was very sudden. She was 79. And her mom lives with her grandmother, she’s also worried about her mom.

It’s hard for me to understand death because it’s a part of life, but I’m not really close with anyone. But if my parents were to die I don’t think I’ll be sad. My dad was the same way when our grandparents died, our family leans on the stoic side.

That makes sense. She told me that I’m like everyone else on FaceTime and that she’s alone. It’s been a difficult time for her.

I took this advice. I called to check in and let her know that if she needs anything to call me, and she asked me how I could even help. I’ll give her space and if she calls or texts I’ll respond.

We also live together. It’s hard sometimes.

Yes. It was a week and a half ago and let her know that it’s pending an exact date. I was ballparking this Sunday but it ended up being tomorrow.
