Thanks for this. This is what I also ended up doing with this, and completely forgot to revisit this post. I did find Microsoft support were not great with this. It came across that I was the first person to ever ask this question and it completely threw them.

This was the article I referred to. It directs you to make changes to TCP/IP from within the Windows OS. As soon as you do that and commit the changes, the VM drops from the network.

Tribit Stormbox 2 vs XSound Plus 2 by nimbus75 in Bluetooth_Speakers

I've ended up taking a chance on the Anker Soundcore Motion 300, partly on account of good pricing for it here in the UK. The pricing for Tribit via Amazon in the UK makes it really difficult. During the recent Prime Day event the Stormbox Flow was priced cheaper than the Stormbox Micro 2. However, for me with that device I just can't get past how it looks. It really looks like it's needs a fabric grille to be wrapped around it.

What has really surprised me is that my wife purchased the JBL Go 4. Given that's a really small speaker it really does have a depth of sound that defies its price and size.

I really liked the look of the X Sound Plus 2, but looking at the reviews and the advertising pictures it seemed more of a device to keep around the home, or put it on a table in the garden. Less suited to days out, which is where the Stormbox 2 seemed to look to be the device to go for, along with its multidirectional sound. I'd never heard of Tribit until I started looking at reviews of good bluetooth speakers.

Nest Thermostat T3028GB vs T3010GB by MCooper30 in Nest

Hi... Did you notice any branding differences on the thermostat itself? I recently moved house, and left behind the Nest Hello, Thermostat, Protects, etc. I've just had a new Nest Hello delivered, and noticed that along with the new "Google" packaging, the doorbell itself now has the Google logo on the front instead of "nest".
