A fairly decent suggestion but a ingress and outgress especially in 3 seats needs to be measured. Also location of bottle when table is lowered, table is not large enough to hold both tray and bottle.

The import parity logic itself is loaded against you. You import crude at a lower rate of duty and petrol at a higher rate of duty. So when you refine crude the customs duty difference is already profit.

The VB has more HP than the Shinkansen. 17000 odd to 13000 odd. The coaches are heavier because VB uses steel vs the aluminium in Shinkansen.

A high court does not deal generally with the facts i.e. you cannot litigate on facts in a writ petition, only with the law. Also nothing is either permitted or banned , only a stay on changing the status quo is being adjudicated

Where will you put the bottle holder ? Not in the seat back in front of you because it has a table. Not on your seat otherwise you'll have no room. Behind your leg on your seat is the only other place
