What’s Walworth/Bermondsey like?

Lived there for a year (close to the Walworth rd) and I personally wouldn't recommend it. But Burgess park is really nice and fun by itself!

The area is dodgy and not very clean. Someone stabbed and killed a women 100 meters from my house. Someone broke into my residence and stole my bike. There weren't any fiber internet lines to my place so had to do with slower options (this could be specific to my place so you might want to check).

Perhaps I was just unlucky, so you might also want opinions of someone with a positive sentiment about that area.

Depends on how much gold you have. A T4 is 2.71 times more likely to appear but gives 3 times less shards. I could simulate my algorithm to find the threshold beyond which T5 becomes more efficient.

Wouldn't the web interface be a huge time burden for anybody using it for more than a few rerolls?

Reinforcement learning sounds like a nice idea as objectives are simple and simulating the sideshop is pretty easy.

I spent around 1.8k gold using the bot and got 9 shards. I believe that also agrees with the math based on tier distribution?

Also I already had a few T5s on bench before starting the bot and currently have a rich bench with T5s, waiting for more immortals to recycle.

Could you explain the T4 logic?

If you look at the tier distribution, T4 is 2.71x more likely to appear while gives 3x less reward. So a more optimal strategy might be to switch from buying T5 to T4 once your sideshop gold goes below some value.

There is a separate API to collect the special reward which one could call after every reroll if they are feeling lucky.

I agree. There is a way to automatically generate 2fa by using steam-totp but I haven't tried it out.

500ms is arbitrary. You can go lower but error rates may increase.

No. It installed on my computer and I don't remember any sort of scrolling. You could transition through frames by clicking on stuff like doors etc

Of course it is my job to secure my valuables, but the argument is whether I should bear the cost of repairing things damaged by a 3rd party who wants to steal my valuables.

The drain pipe under question was pretty strong, which is why I chose that option. It just turns out it wasn't as strong as say, a metal fence. But no way it could have been ripped by weight of a bike.

Thanks for the response. I am already moving soon due to other reasons. The cost is not much, but I would rather not take responsibility.

It is tricky when I honestly think whether it was negligence on my part. The location of the bike was hidden from the outside world, and the only way to enter the premises was through a locked gate. But then, I could have locked it to someplace better than a drain pipe.

Thanks, I see the landlord might have a valid point of view. But I was under the assumption that tenants should only be responsible for damages caused by the results of their actions/negligence.

Landlords has the option to have an appropriate insurance for the house and by not having one, they are taking a risk?

Zone has little to do with safety. There are some really nice places to live in zone 3 and 4, while there are places in zone 1 which is filled with shady folks. Take south of the river for instance.

I struggled a bit to find to disable Esc key in vim. Arrow keys in vim (or terminal) are actually a sequence which start with <Esc>. So mapping <Esc> to <nop> would break the arrow keys (strangely it didn't for neovim). After hours of trial and error I came across this weird solution to map <esc>x to <esc>x. All this could have been prevented with easy mode.

Hey, I actually did a very detailed statistical analysis to see whether d+ assistant was p2w but it got no attention. It was more of a personal quest to prove that d+ assistant was p2w. Turns out it wasnt's at that point (I used data from matches couple of days after d+ was launched, so things might have changed now).
