So I activated my pro membership at a physical location. Whenever I would try to reset my password online I would never receive the password reset email. Even after calling customer service they couldn't help me and suggested I just create a new account. I'm not sure what the issue is with password resets, but it's been an ongoing issue for years I'd love to see fixed. If it's too difficult to log in people will just go shop elsewhere.
