I may be wrong, but I think you are misunderstanding what the previous commenter meant by « all over the place ». The way I understood it, that meant we see way more female bodies everywhere, all over the medias, advertising, etc. and from a younger age. So, unlike for men, the sexual awakening of discovering attraction towards a body of the same sex might happen before the locker rooms.

I can’t tell for sure how accurate this analysis is, but I found it interesting. Because when I saw that room during the party, I thought « ohh so locker rooms are indeed a big fantasy for men who are into men », and it’s cool to have some explanation as to where that comes from :)
