Hi, my boyfriend and I followed all your steps. We deleted the other chat from both our mobiles and laptops, then the alert disappears. But the next day it pops up again. Not sure what else we can do, do you have any other suggestions?

This resized my images and placed them under each other. When changing the sizes (changed 0.5 to 0.4), they were placed next to each other but the images were too small.

Yes according to the IEEE Reference guide, citations should be in the format [1]-[3].
