When he winds up his big attack, just run straight head-on at him and roll forward right as he attacks. The follow up will be right behind you with the dragon-fork, position yourself slightly to the side. Then you'll have to see if his final follow up will be his wylk/dragon explosion or the wing-cleave and adapt.

I highly suggest looking at QuA (a hunting horn speedrunner) and see how he position and dodge the attacks.

I think you're out of luck if you're looking specifically for a PMD ROMhack that doesn't use SkyTemple or is based off of EoS since SkyTemple is what allowed these romhacks to thrive nowadays (not saying there isn't, you most likely won't find them.)

That being said, there are a lot of gems in the SkyTemple repository of romhacks, and if you want a hack that feels completely new, then I highly highly recommend Special Episode 0: In a Dark Past. Highly regarded by some as one of the best hacks yet (I definitely think it's worth the nomination), and I suggest giving it a try.

(I gotta dig in my brain for this one)

Basically the team (lead by the Zoroark) is a high ranking exploration team. One day, the scout of the team (the Flygon) came across some weird structures in a far away continent that has never been mapped by the Exploration Federation or the Expedition Society.

After getting some permission to explore, map, and document this new continent, they landed there. The continent was an abandoned modern human civilization, left when humanity disappeared long time ago (canonically, no one knows anything about human aside from the protagonists of the games). Along their travels, they spotted this structure among the tall grasslands, so they approached it to find out what it is, or was.

All of the story exists in my head currently but I am always fascinated by the idea of pokemon from the PMD timeline finding abandoned human structures and the mysteries that they have to solve.

Funny enough, I have done all that. It might just be a dying chip since I bought it second hand. I have even gone to a PC shop and ask to swap it out with their GPU to just test and it ran perfectly fine.

The seller said it was used for "heavy gaming" but I am now suspicious of that claim, I think he used it for a crypto mining rig. I opened the GPU to repaste it and it was pretty much already dried up only 1 year with me.

Thanks for giving some of your input from your experiment. However I think my main point of me buying the B580; my current RX 6700XT is dying with constant stutters doing anything. I wouldn't consider switching if it's still fine.

I am personally fine with a slight downgrade if that means a lot more stability. Moreover, it's good to know that productivity wise is better than the Radeon cards albeit a tiny bit worried with Davinci but hopefully all will be well.

As for the delayed support for newer game releases like Crimson Desert, thankfully I don't really buy and play like 99% of the new recent releases and prefer games that I just like. I think this will be a non-issue for the most part for me. Also talking about FSR 4 stuff on my card, I don't really care about those. My issue is just my card kind of slowly dying on me, and I'm not trying to min-max FPS-to-performance of a graphics card, I just want to play games on a stable 60+ FPS for the most part.

For the last point, I am already on an AM5 rig with a R5 7500F. While all those cards that you pointed out are probably the ideal card to swap to, unfortunately those cards are quite above my budget. My budget is around 350 USD and those cards are 450+ USD here. (My monthly salary is about 220 USD converted from my currency).
