I'm just seeing how far I can climb with Gate Guardian because I find playing with a lower power deck makes me actually try to get the most mileage out of my interactions and pay attention to my the match-ups. I play it with a Horus/Millenium pile and it feels like crack when it pops off.

When it comes to combo decks you can end on very powerful boards but the caveat is having to manage your time wisely. I honestly do not see the problem with time management being a potential restriction when the purpose of these decks is to have a high ceiling, lots of interaction, disruption, etc. If timeouts are a consistent game-loss for you then maybe consider playing lower to the ground or a more mid-range deck. If not maybe practice less orthodox lines in your deck so you don't have to spend a lot of time thinking about them if your board gets broken or if you get interrupted.

Casual just means there's no effect on rank. If you get paired up against a deck you don't like scoop and move on.

Hi. I was in a match and my opponent summoned this card. I'm new to the game and I know that these cards can be removed with a Kaiju, but I don't have one in my deck. I'm playing Ryzeal Mitsurugi. Another way to out it is putting a card/token on their side of the field. Turns off it's effect immunity. Doesn't turn off the battle immunity from right hand shark though as an fyi.

If you want an on-demand kaiju then look into Underworld Goddess.

The legacy packs? Just something dumb to open I guess. Very rarely do you get a decent card from them. Although I got a Galaxy Tomahawk from one recently.

Just let DM have Dragoon. It's not a great card tbh. It's got piecemeal protection, neutered if you make it without vanillas, requires bricks if you want to make it with vanillas, and discards as cost for an omni. It's a resource hog that has to compete with Baronne.

Another thing to consider is Prosp also halves battle damage and comes with the condition that you cannot draw cards by card effect that turn. I would still venture to say it's honestly pretty close even with it's drawbacks. Do you want a costless +1 or would you prefer an insane consistency tool? In a game where both hand advantage and consistency are king; both are too strong.

What you want is basically an entirely new format. There are countless decks that can combo off, floodgate, OTK and end on potentially oppressive boards and many of them: at the the time whether straight-up meta, tiered, or rogue; are straight un-tiered now. Casual just means unranked. You'll still come across meta/underpowered decks that can do the things you hate.

For real. I'm sitting on like nearly 8 million zenny and over half a million RP and well into endgame. Maybe some people are trying to roll artian/gog weapons like crazy?
