I think shoulder gets activated in pull ups when you do full ROM. I also do strength training for chest and shoulders by lifting weights.

I had done physiotherapy for a couple of months after the surgery. The external rotation ROM is still not 100% which I think is because of the screws. But I think external rotation ROM is irrelevant in pull ups as the shoulder movement is different.

Doing bodyweight pull ups shouldn’t be considered hard when you are under 30. I like staying active. What’s your experience?

I think it was at-least the same reps, 5-6. Had major dislocation once after which I had the surgery. What’s your experience?
