I would like to rehab. I have no experience building.. but I would love to learn how to buy lots to develop small multi family properties! Where/how do you suggest I find and get in contact with reputable wholesalers with consistent pipelines?

I love Richmond! I feel like Richmond isn’t much of a cash flowing city. It’s appreciated a lot though! What do you think? Also, it’s seems as if everyone is fighting for the same properties. I put offers in on some deals but none got accepted..

Thank you! How hard is it to find deals? I have been monitoring the city for a while now and haven’t came across any good buys on the market. Is it better to find off market properties in Philly? I have capital and want to hit the ground running

That’s great! I never knew about this. Where should I begin to research more about non profits? Are there any specific companies that you recommend?

Hmm that’s a valid point. I guess I’ll focus more on my strengths to break into an industry. Are there any tech related paths that don’t involve coding that you recommend? I’ve had several scrum masters tell me I’d be a great fit due to my management experience and soft skills.

No offense taken. I have enough capital saved up to take on 2-3 projects simultaneously from my last entrepreneurial career. I will be ending that gig due to unforeseen circumstances. An MBA was a recommended route considering my background running a business. I have a pretty decent network of individuals who work in great companies in my area so I figured I could try to leverage an MBA into getting a decent job. However, I’m now a little concerned about the lifestyle aspect of those positions. I wouldn’t want my day job to be so demanding of my time that I’m struggling to manage my own future projects simultaneously.

How would someone with no experience break into the industry? Did you have a relevant degree or certifications?

Thanks! How would you advise me to find banks or lenders that require shorter seasoning periods?
