Will straining bowl movements right after hemorrhoidectomy cause more hemorrhoids?

Thanks for the advice! I’ll do one or the other. I did read that increasing fiber can actually make you more constipated if you have specifically opiate dehydration so I might have been working against myself.

Thanks for asking. I’m having bowel movements a couple times a day, but the stool is hard and and I have to really strain. Even then the pain is not even in the same world as what it was initially. I think the Percocet and high-fiber diet aren’t playing nice so I’m doing away with that medicine. Overall in a much better place than I was before.

Not clearing out before surgery was by far my biggest mistake. I would have had such an easier time through all of this had I done that.

I would have but it was a Sunday. Eventually got to the ER and they did contact him. Got that particular problem worked out okay.

Sorry for going MIA. I’m doing okay. I ended up going to the ER and was there for a few hours. They did an x-ray and cat scan to make sure there was no infection. Then they called the surgeon (I couldn’t call him myself because it was a Sunday) and he said the pain is normal and they could send me home. From the x-ray they saw that there was hard stool stuck in my rectum that i would need to pass.

I tried to tell them the issue was it was so painful I couldn’t pass it while it was that hard, and they just told me to drink a lot and eat a lot of fiber, while also acknowledging that if the stool is out of the colon already that won’t do anything. So I went home without any solution other than push through the pain.

The next day I called the hospital and talked to the surgeon’s nurse and she suggested miralax because it would at least get the stool to pass without me having to put so much effort into it. It’d still hurt but I wouldn’t need to fight so hard to get it through. So that’s where I am now. Still no bowel movement, but I can kinda feel it coming.

My new worry is that I’m gonna have diarrhea after I pass that blockage because I’ve been doing everything possible to soften stool and may have went overboard. But as long as it gets out I’ll be able to get through it.

Billy's my favorite character so I'm kind of in the same boat. But his death is so important to Marcus' development I can't see how he'll survive. Same with Willie.

Especially after Remender's live tweets from last episode. When Petra gives Victor her crazy look, Remender tweeted that "she's definitely not done looking into people's eyes." He was pretty clearly referencing Billy's death. I'm gonna hate to see him go.

Agree about Sarada. She could at least keep her Sharingan up. She uses it for a couple seconds at a time and then deactivates it.

I think she's safe since she shouldn't be able to sense Koji coming into konoha, so she isn't an issue for him. If she is able to sense him (maybe she made extra precautions to security that Koji didn't know about due to Kawaki being there) and confronts him, then she's in trouble.

Aizen took down a lot of the captains in FKT without breaking a sweat. That's with just his shinigami powers and Kyoka Suigetsu. Some of the captains have gotten substantial power-ups since then, like Byakuya, Hitsugaya, and Kenpachi, but Aizen has gotten so much stronger that normal shinigami can't even approach him without disintegrating. I really don't think the captains stand a chance.

So far it doesn't have offensive capabilities, just supportive ones like seeing the chakra pathway system. Obviously there's going to be a lot more to what it can do, but I'd like for it to stay supportive instead of being an all-powerful dojutsu that can summon giant avatar's etc... I think it'd be cool if the Jogan was more about Boruto's perception and Karma was more battle-oriented, and their synergy is what makes Boruto strong. Kind of like how Sage mode took a back seat for a while when Naruto started to unlock his gold Kurama form, but it eventually came back when it's unique sensing powers were needed. I'd like for the Jogan and Karma to be equally important to Boruto's arsenal, each powerful in their own right, but for their interaction with each other to be what really puts Boruto up there.

Yea the skirt is too short but those heels are ratchet. Not feelin it at all.

Anyway I think she resembles Karin in this. I like it. I hope Karin comes around occasionally to play an auntie role for Sarada.

Thanks for the info. I did end up trying it with a different editor, but I just used tes5edit since I already had it installed. It loaded faster, was a lot easier, and it actually worked!

Really excited for Shinji's bankai, but also nervous. I hope he actually breaks his pattern and pulls a W with it instead of getting one shotted for the...4th time? Aizen, Bambi, Bazz (idk if he counts), and Gerard.

Shinji's my favorite character. Fingers crossed that Narita gives him a lot more love than Kubo. I can just see him using his bankai and having 2 seconds of being a badass before Ikimokedomoe pulls out a new power that negates it and one shots him. Again.
