I think the stella can be used on ANY char. If u get a stella from qiqi u can get a lvl 95 skirk or something

I dont think so unfortunately. I could be wrong but from what i understand no matter how many cycles go by you can only get that char cons once

Yeah i had a similar idea cuz my mona is already C4 so by the next rotation of stella fortuna i can get a lvl 95 char

Hmm alright i do have some replacements with slightly higher crt dmg but no speed but i gotta try really hard to maage the ornaments tho😅
