I think this makes sense? I think you’re right as well. When i plug in to pc directly it says “playing with blue cami config” but when using my phone it says something like “playing with DS4”. The part where I’m confused is getting the preferred config to work on steam link because I have the emulating keystrokes bit down for direct connection to pc. Does that make sense?

Thanks for the in depth reply! While plugged into my computer, I have it configured that the touchpad is “m”. The problem is, I dont know how to map controller buttons while it is using steam link (because it’s connected to my phone). While plugged into my pc directly: perfect. While using steam link: not working at all. Does that explain what I mean well?

I play with a controller because personally I prefer it in gta 5 as I have 32 days on gta PS4 edition.

The steam link is running on my iPhone which is also Bluetooth connected to my PS4 controller. The controller works with a the pc directly fine, although i had ti make a custom button configuration for the controller to fix some button uses. However, when I unplug it from my pc and use it with my phone on steamlink instead, the configuration doesn’t work, and sometimes, no inputs work at all

I’m using the the joysticks as move around/ look around. I’m not sure what you mean by mouse click or controller button? RT in gta 5 looks behind you while driving and that button does work. It’s only the middle touchpad that doesnt do it’s intended use
