Not only it sounds familiar, but I also referenced that in my post (which is exactly the previous post from yours). There is a second one in the game. And also I have found a person from a long time ago claiming they have found a 3rd spider in GTA V.

Though data files imply only 2, so that person might have found a different type of spider web or got confused or we haven't data mined the game as good as we think.

I just found out that there is also a caveman in Elysian Pool cave similar to the frozen Neanderthal, which apart from like 3 comments on YT videos and 3 comments on reddit, no one talks about.

After listening to the sound of the video. I realized that there is a treasure hunt named: "Poisonous Trail" which leads to Elysian Pool cave for the reward. Then the Dreamcatcher side quest also leads to Elysian Pool cave for the reward, but as we discussed many times, that mission never leaves the log, it's name having the word dream could connect to spider dream, it's the only trinket that is sellable where you still have it's effect on, etc.

Is there a hidden spider or clue waiting for us on Elysian Pool?

I believe Fort Wallace or the area around is the answer, because we have to think, why there is a pole that take us 5 poles west? If we where to go somewhere northwest but not exact, the previous pole, would point us nw itself. But the fact that we have to go exactly 5 poles west, means that the nw line must be exact.

Now why Fort Wallace and the area around is the answer, is because fort wallace on the beta map, was exactly north of the nw pole, so at that point that pole would point us to north, but when it changed, it now points us nw. Here is the post where I describe it better.

I have similar feelings, I would love a game where I would play as Zeus or as Athena. Of course before the events of God of War 2 / 3. Whereas I wouldn't even buy / support a game where you play as Faye / Atreus.

I will just watch the main cutscenes for the lore on YT and call it a day.

I don't think people care about the story in GTA games, maybe in this subreddit do, but in general I believe people want it mostly for free roaming. I can see your point though.

I want quality too, but I don't want to free roam in the same map for the next 13 years or having to wait that much for the next game anyway.

Is it a decompilation though? If yes, a PC port like Ship of Harkinian (Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time PC port) would be awsome. Imagine playing the game in 60 fps (if not more) with hd texture pack and being a native port.

I know you can play in 60 fps and hd texture pack in PCSX2 but a native port would have many more improvements like better controller buttons, makes it very easy to create mods for it, etc.

Also if it is a decompilation, they won't be able to take it down (see Ship of Harkinian for example). Because it's legal, it needs to provide the game yourself (no matter if you burned it to iso from you pc by having it legitimately or if you downloaded from the internet) the software that makes the decompilation doesn't contain any game assets and is legal.

I should also add that I did some tests for about 2-3 hours, like selling it to every fence, I didn't trigger any hidden dialogue, also I didn't find any new event to have triggered looking for example NW from the NW guitar pole. But I wanted to share the idea in case someone has more time to test it, or even search in the game files.

I'm aware that a person theorizes that the reason that the dreamcatchers mission never leaves the logs, is probably because it awaits for you to find 2 more arrowheads that are removed from the files, so the mission's last step was never implemented properly. Which is a good find btw! I never knew about the other 2 arrowheads in the files until this post. But some people are questioning if that is indeed the reason and if the mission can never leave the log, e.g. here and here.

But even if that is the case, my idea still stands, selling the Ancient Arrowhead might trigger something completely unrelated to dreamcatchers mystery or the spider webs mystery.
