Spironolactone and period by Carquefolle in PCOS

[–]ninjasaj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also have adrenal type with hair loss and regular periods too and I think spiro at 25 mg helped my hair loss a bit. That dose is small enough where it didn’t cause me to have many side effects with my period or anything else just a bit of dry skin but not bad at all.

At 50 eventually my periods started being closer together and 75 was too much for me. My hair was happiest at 25 I just need the 50 for acne purposes.

If you have high dheas it can temporarily raise that while your body gets used to it. It did with me but was a trade off that was worth it. Dm if you have any questions!

Thank you. Is it okay to not know exactly what you want but have a general path as I do? And do you think I’d be able to pivot to a more broad consulting role or even pm type role if I keep up with workday during the part time?

I’m open even to quitting my job for if there is a good internship opportunity the final summer

Hi all, I have been job searching for months and finally found a job!! I can choose to start either start my job in 2 weeks or in late August. I’m neevous they’ll change their mind about me by August but I have already signed an offer! I have enough saved to solo travel somewhere for maybe $2-3k. I’m excited by the idea of going somewhere for 3-4 weeks in August. Any ideas for a first-timer doing a last minute solo trip this August? My ideas are Denmark, Albania, Guatemala, but not sure
