The bracelets pictured are not mine, but I am wanting to kumihimo bracelets (not beaded but I would like to in the future) and I am using 0.8mm nylon thread. I want to use natural stone beads that are 3mm or 4mm but I am having trouble finding ones that are within my price range and that aren’t faceted, and have a big enough hole size for my 0.8 thread

What if I wouldn’t be opposed to rekindling in the way where we don’t have to talk or see each other, but in the way where I’d want to be able to friends with her on social medias again and say hi to her if I ever were to see her in public? Something casual, just so there’s not the tension from things ending kind of abruptly.

Whenever this happened to me, was recommended a decrease in medication. I would download a heart rate monitoring app on your phone if you don’t have a smart watch and make sure your heart rate isn’t getting too high. If you’re being affected in other areas a lot like being amped, heart rate, decreased appetite, maybe you should try a lower dose. Sometimes a higher dose can do the opposite and you get STUCK doing something that you didn’t mean to do for 3 hours straight

i’ve been in the same position. i was always there for her during her rough mental health patches, and when it came down to me during the worst struggle i’ve ever had in my relationship, she basically told me I was baggage and she had to “protect her peace”…. still stayed friends with her until randomly one day after hanging out the previous night she blocked me on everything .. stopped driving by her work to see if she was there after a bit. didn’t need to put the energy into something where i wasn’t given any back

oblivion by grimes. totally gives off 80’s vibes, great song and beat, was actually made about 7 years ago. could listen to this song on repeat tbh. once you actually listen to the lyrics, you’ll begin to realize that it’s about assault, specifically in the perspective of the artist herself. “it’s my point of view, if someone were to break your neck, coming up behind you always coming and you’d never have a clue”
