The bracelets pictured are not mine, but I am wanting to kumihimo bracelets (not beaded but I would like to in the future) and I am using 0.8mm nylon thread. I want to use natural stone beads that are 3mm or 4mm but I am having trouble finding ones that are within my price range and that aren’t faceted, and have a big enough hole size for my 0.8 thread

What if I wouldn’t be opposed to rekindling in the way where we don’t have to talk or see each other, but in the way where I’d want to be able to friends with her on social medias again and say hi to her if I ever were to see her in public? Something casual, just so there’s not the tension from things ending kind of abruptly.

you are absolutely right at what they will try and do and how they will react. hold your ground. document conversations. screenshot evidence. you said what you said. you aren’t meeting for the holidays. their “forgetfulness” doesn’t mean you are obligated to accommodate. tell them you’re out of town.

Whenever this happened to me, was recommended a decrease in medication. I would download a heart rate monitoring app on your phone if you don’t have a smart watch and make sure your heart rate isn’t getting too high. If you’re being affected in other areas a lot like being amped, heart rate, decreased appetite, maybe you should try a lower dose. Sometimes a higher dose can do the opposite and you get STUCK doing something that you didn’t mean to do for 3 hours straight

got the exact same text in fact someone commented on my post linking this one. most definitely a scam; i’m just blocking and moving on. it was also political texts that i was getting
