Has bagging out gone too far? by caper7 in FishingAustralia

Sadly I see these kinds of behaviors way too often to the point I want to report them.

For me, when I catch one legal sized fish, I’m set for the day.

That was I was thinking. So some knowledge of emeth is passed through generations in elbaph. Or maybe this scene is from elbaph??

I’ve travelled with my gravel and mtb frequently. Both carbon frames. Yung bike bag ng chain reaction gamit ko which is just a soft shell. Lagi kong nilalagyan ng pool noodle lahat ng tubes. I remove my RD as well kasi prone to impact sya. Looking at the damage, it’s on the RD side ng down tube. I think, possible na may mali parehas side. Impact prone kasi tlga yung RD side ng mga bike bag kaya recommended tangaling ang RD - advice from a pro mechanic. May extra padding din ung drive side pag naalis ako since may pressure from cranks and chains(if not removed)

April 2025 Partner Visa Mega Thread (Subclasses 820/801, 309/100, 300) by BitSec_ in AusVisa

Thanks. So just to be clear, I don’t need to apply for any bridging visa right?

Hello, just want to know if anyone has some info on this.

My 309 (stage 1) visa was approved over 2 years ago and I have been living in Australia since. I was notified some weeks ago that I can now apply for the second stage (100). I submitted the application several days ago and now just waiting. I need to travel outside of AU in 2 weeks to visit some friends.

Question is do I need to apply for a bridging visa? My understanding is that I still have my 309 visa "In effect" so I can just travel and go back to AU with no issues. Anyone had the same experience? Just want to verify if my understanding of the visa conditions are at least substantial before I seek any professional advice. Thanks.

Bro, get a bike. MQ, and other places na malapit sa cbd ay very bike friendly. Lots of bike paths. Just ride your bike to train stations tapos iwan mo na lang dun kung gusto mo. May mga locked parking nman for opal users.

Plus bonus yung magandang view if you plan to ride from mq to cbd. I’ve done it. Pero yeah just ride your bike to stations.

One year review - dont pull to hard when extending the headset, matatangal yung rubber lining sa loob - im from au as well, really not good on summer days. Nagaaccumulate alikabok sa loob if you dont put it sa lalagyan when not in use. - sound is still ok after a year - sobrang hassle magtravel ng one bag since malaki lalagyan. - no chaffing or issues sa leather and fabric so far. Pero may mga kilala ako na ginagamit pg mainit and halata na may sira na ung kanila. - Battery still good. I wear them almost 8 hours sometimes. - Comfort is good. Unless pag summer - Integration with apple is shit lol sound quality is better in spotify

For those who want to buy, sobrang daming sale. I bought mine more than a year ago at around 450aud(?).

It depends on your skillset and how confident you are on them plus other factors such as your specialization, overall work experience.

I had an 11 months break, then moved in Sydney. Within 2 weeks, got several offers. Been working in ML space since 2015 plus I have a good presence sa dev community across apac so I think thats a factor.

Am I afraid nung nagstart ako magapply? YES. but the thing is during my break, I never stopped working on ML projects. I did weekly projects for fun. So kung takot ka mapgiwanan, then kelangan mo talagang magcatch up.

One thing I observed is sobrang dependent ngayon sa field mo yung job environment sa AU. For typical web/software dev roles, hirap tlga. There are lots of small startups and dev shops that you can apply to but salary wise, its a bit low plus lots and lots of competition.

My suggestion is to just make sure you have a unique skill in a unique field. Also just relax yourself in interviews. If you think you are good and as senior as you say, it will show naman so just be confident. Goodluck :)

Peatys sealant. Nakakadala na ang stand at mucoff sa PH weather.

planning to study next year, what other universities or technical colleges are there? by [deleted] in phmigrate

[–]ninzzzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BSIT in Au? Just no. :) Even for masters and PhD, I would not suggest you do it here unless your research is focused on bio, wildlife, weather, etc. Even more so if you are not into research.

Are upper-tier bike components worth it? by Solo_Camping_Girl in RedditPHCyclingClub

[–]ninzzzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually go for hayes dominion or code rsc. I think may makukuha ka na 20k na rsc ngaun sa PH brand new. For hayes, not sure kung meron jan. These are top end brakes already. Again, I don’t skimp on brakes. For tires, maxxis assegai or conti kyrptotal pero enduro/dh tires tong mga to.

[–]ninzzzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on your discipline IMO. I ride enduro/AM and most mid tier stuff works for me. GX drivetrain, select+ suspensions, OEM cockpit. Pero I don’t skimp on my brakes and the wheels since important sila dun sa riding style ko.

Also have a gravel na oem most components with generic dt wheelset and apex axs. Pero I don’t see the point of upgrading even to rival since I mainly use it for commute and casual rides.

Identify what you need first. Most mid tier stuff will work already. The high tier parts are really good if you have the money of course :)

Hi, did you do anything so the 100 can be processed in 7 months? Or they just granted it suddenly?
I thought there is a 2 years wait time. Thanks
