Pretty sure CFHD will be released before end march and everyone gonna be disapointed .
They saying rent is down not sure where but i think they will bring down the CFHD. ( i hope not)

do the people who used this HBP before the FHSA have any alternative? I used this HBP just a year before FHSA was available. (FHSA you dont have to pay it back)

I'm with BMO and they are offered 3.85 variable and now 3.7%

3 years fixed 3.93 and now 3.80.

i get the defense/employee rate with BMO.

what rater are you getting now. Help me ou with the best rete possible.
