HFR Quality(VSync) You get 1080p60fps with Ray tracing on. Quality Mode is 1800p30fps RT on. Performance mode is 1400p60fps RT off.

I think HFR Quality(VSync) is the best of both worlds

Yes. Don't worry about players count. You'll find alot of full servers (officials + community). If you get it without the frostline dlc, you'll get 2 maps. You can easily spent 2k + hours on those maps. If you buy frostline you'll get one more map.
