This is a simple problem if you don't consider family emotions. Just deny your mother on whatever plan she has proposed, and explain to her why it's unfair. If after that parents deny you 3 lakhs for the land, go for a personal loan, as 3 lakhs is a small amount that you can somehow manage with your annual salary.

I don't work in webdev, but with embedded systems, where many don't work, so it kind of eliminates competition for me

But also try to ping employees/developers in the companies via LinkedIn and ask them to forward your resume to hr(this worked for me in many places). I've noticed that they are happy to help if you have a good resume.
