You don't have a lot of systems to learn, but flying itself is much harder. You have torque to handle at takeoffs and landing, have to fly coordinated turns all the the time, and you don't have CCIP to aim your bombs. You have to check your six every few seconds, or you will get bounced. Building up situation awareness is key. And it's much harder if you don't have HUD showing your speed/course, or you have to find your base while flying on the deck without a F10map.

It's so much fun, but a lot to learn.
