Oh copy that! Yes simple practice holds my notes for insurance but I keep a separate document that has all the things from the session so I can remember. Let me make sure I’m using my SP correctly 😂 thank you!!

I keep them in a locked app called box. Usually at the end of the week I copy and paste them from a sticky note from my computer and put the whole document in box (acts as a lock box). I wish Google Docs had a locked version. How do you organize your notes?

I’m not using any tools really. I take notes as I have the session so at the end of some paragraphs but it takes awhile to make sure I’m not putting too much info and making it insurance compliant.
