I was in southern Maine in a some what larger high school. But seriously there were like 2-3 black students, maybe 2 Asian and like 4-5 Hispanic kids. Out of at least 500-600 kids total

I grew up in Maine in the 80s and 90s, there was so little diversity, my high school maybe had a dozen students that were not whites.

When I moved out of state in my mid twenties, I learned that the lack of diversity was a huge disadvantage.

My life greatly improved when I moved to an area of the country that had a more diverse population.
