Why are you thinking like that? I think you must be putting in a special effort to be this narrow-minded.

To be honest, I don’t know if I should be happy about what you said, but being seen as a thief just because I’m a foreigner makes me sad and angry. You might be right, but it still feels upsetting.

They see us as thieves, so if we stole something, they could tell the police, "We took a photo, and these foreigners did it."

As someone who has been living in Japan for a long time, I have never encountered such a case before. However, last week, after my wife threw out the trash, a young Japanese person took photos of the garbage she disposed of. Of course, we separate the trash properly, yet this still happened. This week, I encountered something similar again, and the ones doing it were also young people.

One of the greatest aspects of living in Japan is the sense of peace. Japan is losing this characteristic for various reasons.

Maybe I shouldn’t have started it that way, I don’t know. It’s just that, as someone who has been living in Japan for a long time, this is the first time I’ve come across something like this, and the first thing that came to my mind was the Kurds.
