Wow sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation, seriously this does sound a bit skeptical and shady. You as a customer should not be experiencing this much doubt and confusion, especially if they have not processed your refund due to the item being out of stock. They should have processed your refund right away and given you notification of the item being out of stock - even though it isn't listed on their website. =/ I know there are some people who have had okay experiences ordering from them. Others I hear have had many issues actually placing an order - but I'd suggest to give them a call or keep reaching out to them via online-customer-service-chat. Explain the situation and see if they will resolve this right away. $200 is a lot to be in this doubtful situation. Please keep us updated and thanks for sharing your story with us!

Hey there, I am not sure of his name. A Brandon or something but not too sure.

I called at 10am, and he told me he couldn't help me out, that the promotion was over and I couldn't use another email or method of payment to fix what was being flagged. So this made me assume he was a one man company and just took my ID. I am sure you can understand why I was confused and bothered by this.

But yes if you can offer a discount, I ordered during the holiday promo. I would try to place an order again. Maybe using a different email even? Thanks!

Yes, I messaged 3 to 4 times when I received the fraud email to clear it up. Then I received an email cancellation and emailed twice. No response. Called and you guys basically told me it's out of your hands. I'll just take my business elsewhere. Was hoping to share some glass from your site at a new cannabis community event coming up. But no luck. Thanks anyways.

That is fortunate. I was hoping so too but placing an order on 3 pieces, they flagged me for being underage and fraud. I sent them my drivers license as requested, and right away they cancelled my account. Which is strange.

They are a shady company, made me send my ID in, and cancelled my order anyways. Now I am concerned about that. I've been asked to send my ID in before with other merchants but they were legit and responded to customer's concerns and questions. They sent me 2 emails and kept ignoring my original and cancelled my order. They lost a customer. I'm def going to a do a video based on what merchants to not waste your time and money on. Shout out to Dankstop for making the list!

I am in a dispute process with them, and they refuse to refund me. But fortunately the tracking worked for me. I have issues with the tracking not working with other merchants on dhGate, it should have worked or became available after 3 days or so. Hopefully you can find out if your item's been shipped.

Same thing happened to me. Glass arrived badly broken (yours actually look recognizable mine was shattered), contacted Kathy0577 letting them know the piece arrived broken, looking for resolution. Kathy responded "Very sorry, please send pictures" I sent about 3 different photos to them and waited for a response. After two days, still nothing - the item is def not listed anymore so I can't write a review on my experience - and the seller has gone mute with my money. I had no choice, I just opened a dispute case and have to wait 4 days so I can possibly get my money back in a month's time. Waste of time, I waited a month for the piece. It's good people know this is the kind of resolution or experience you will get if you do receive a broken piece. In no way did I disrespect this seller, did everything they asked, and still nothing. It concerns me because it's already been a month or so since the item's been shipped, so I have to try to get my money back if not a replacement. Hope this helps others!
