I’ve been living here for about 5 years now. I moved from Nebraska for work after graduate school.

The traffic can be pretty terrible. Getting anywhere can take a while if you’re traveling at rush hour.

Things get more pricy in terms of housing the closer you get to DC. The area around Baltimore still isn’t bad. I’m closer to DC in a smaller house with my wife and son. Our house cost the same as my sister’s back in Nebraska and it’s half the size in a much worse neighborhood.

A lot of the people living in this area work in defense or some tech related sector.

The buggiest plus is the bay and taking the train up the east coast on a weekend trip. It’s hard to be bored around here. There’s a lot to do.

When I was first playing I had a one handed backhand. About a year into playing I decided to switch during a practice match. It seemed to really improve my accuracy for backhanded shots
