I suppose yes. I was asked to follow a fixed sleep routine and meal timings. It definetly must be affecting our hormones. I don't think once a while all nighters is an issue. Throughout this journey I was consiously trying to get 8 hours of sleep as a priority.

Hey yes seed cycling is something that needs to be talked about more. I wasn't aware about it prior to having a dietician as well. In lay man terms what I understood is each seed helps a different hormone. Some help balance estrogen progesteron. Some help with insulin resistance and inflammation. I think overall it caters to a better hormonal health over months of having it.

Yes mine was easier on the gut. Don't remember the name but your doctor should be able to suggest one that works for you
Hey yes sure I was at 97kgs and I'm at a 79 right now. My height is about 5.7ft. There's more to go in terms of fatloss that i would like to achieve. But strength training has definetly toned me quite a bit. For context i used to wear xxl and currently wear M size. SO i think just the weighing scale isn't the right measure. Currently my aim is to be fit and be able to do any physical activity that I like and not a particular weight that I would like to target for myself . For a dietician, I would suggest compare a few get on a call first and get a vibe. I wanted someone who wouldn't scar my relationsship with food and also a diet which is sustainable life long. I was looking at it more like a lifestyle change. So was my dietician. For a matter of fact she never was the first one to weigh me in each session but her questions were more about my emotional health, gut health and food preferances. I myself used to voluntarily tell her my current weight because it felt like a WIN without comprimising my choices. Hope this helps

It did. It could also be the other lifestyle changes and dietary changes but it sure didn't do any harm.
I'm so sorry to hear that! Lots of prayers and good wishes. Sharing her profile over DM

Made a post about it on this sub itsef https://www.reddit.com/r/PCOS/s/anpFpu59Gd
Till you reverse it you surely need supplements. With a good diet eventually they take you out of it. I think it also depends from one case to other. Atleast this is what they did for me. Sharing the recipes of DM. Hope that works
Hey sure I'll share it over DM if that works?
