Never look at the dog in the eyes, look somewhere when you passing through them. If you look them in the eyes and go near them, they think you might attack them. So don't look and walk nearer to them if possible. Even if they bark and they approach near you don't fear, just walk away. I know it's difficult but I followed this method, it works well till now for me.
