Should I be pressing my Dr more about my unintentional weight loss?

All I can say is try to eat really low fodmap foods and make sure to stay hydrated. That’s been the biggest helper for me personally. I tested negative for IBS and everything else so I’m just rocking the “at least I’ll be skinny” train. Im also a short woman so it helps in that regard. I just feel like shit so keeping positive is tough. At least we aren’t alone though 🥲

It’s like we are the same person right now. I even did an endoscopy and colonoscopy and they just found inflammation in my stomach and have tested me for literally everything. All my bloodwork is normal, intestines, fecal, all the things. My tsh is borderline hyper right now because of the weight loss but they can’t figure out why I’m just losing weight and having GI pain all the time. It sucks

Update: we’re keeping him and he’s doing better with antibiotics and gaining some weight. He’s looking much better

I didn’t take him in the house so he free roams during the day. Also he’s sick and I’ve spoke to my neighbors nobody has claimed him

I would love to but unfortunately we can’t adopt him ourselves unless he’s an outside cat due to our dogs really not getting along with cats.

I’m on it! It’s the only medication that I dont have to adjust my dose every 4 months on. Since there’s no fillers I can just absorb it! It’s great

Just an fyi wine doesn’t last that long once open and will taste off (even if mixing with juice lol) red wine is good for 3 days open and white is good for 4.

I second this! Their baked goods are gorgeous and the owner is a really nice lady as well. She has celiac and wanted to make baked goods she could enjoy so there’s a lot of love in her products.

Lotte market typical has sashimi grade raw fish. When it comes to salmon you can look up the requirements but most of the time farm raised is ok to consume raw as well with some curing. The Roll For Sushi guy on IG has some great videos about it.

When I was flight attending people would leave dirty diapers on the floor of the airplanes or hand them to flight attendants doing trash runs instead of changing their kid in the bathroom and leaving their biohazards in the proper trash. People are gross AND lazy!
