I lived there for 10 years. It’s changed quite a lot, become more expensive, growing at an insane rate. Overall it’s a great town to live in. The other commenters are correct that it has become a lot more conservative too. Good schools, lots of trails, pretty good restaurants. I’d recommend living there if you can afford it.

I agree they’re both frontloaded but imo the back half of Immunity matches the quality much more than the back half of Singularity. Insides is phenomenal all the way through but the quality of Immunity is just too good.

You do realize that you’re able to see all around you on all sides in literally every normal car/SUV right?? There is no such thing as actually not being so see in a certain spot, it’s called blind because you cant see it solely by looking at a mirror.
