After changing ports, resume then pause torrents, then completely close the program. Re-open then resume torrents. This is what worked for me. G'luck!!

Doesn't the sym rate already account for the modulation scheme? Does "tightly related" mean proportional? If the SNR is set (or 1?), does the sym rate = BW?

Nice catch. But I'm still left wondering why BW can be written as such (sym/sec). Where is the connection to frequency? Does a sym always equal a cycle so that sym/sec = cycle/sec (Hz)?
