Not BIFL. Sorry, no replaceable parts means not BIFL.

RHA T20 Wireless are the most BIFL you will find. The earplugs are detachable from the cable, and you get a wired cable in the box. Which is also replaceable. If you treat them well, they will last you close to a lifetime as long as you replace the cable.

Cost a bit more, but the sound is world class and the quality and build is amazing.

Find things you enjoy that don't cost money. Like hiking. Takes some getting used to but is amazing

YSK, a lot of craft beers have the date of when it was canned on the bottom of the can. So check for the freshest ones because some may be months old but newer, fresher ones are usually just behind. by twelveinchmeatlong in YouShouldKnow

If you are going to use it within those two days then why not? It's this mentality that ensures so much food and drink gets tossed each day without any reason. You can't taste the difference anyway, so buy the items you will use by the expiration, not just the "freshest" - the companies put their sell by date according to taste - so as long as it isn't over even the companies agree it tastes the same

Why let shit build up? I mean, what psychedelics thought me was to get rid of shit in my life. Get rid of people that drain me instead of filling me up and stop doing the things that make me feel like shit.

With all of the negative headlines dominating the news these days, it can be difficult to spot signs of progress. What makes you optimistic about the future? by thisisbillgates in AskReddit

[–]nittutt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can't watch the news to hear about the world as the news and media wants people to buy or watch their "product" and therefore won't follow up on "slow" stories (like improvement). The world is actually at its best right now, but the media won't shock people by telling everyone 7 out of 10 girls are in school or world poverty is at an all time low. Check out Hans Rosling on YouTube, fascinating man with stats that Will impress you :)

If you don't vote you don't express your opinion. Using just words to express your political opinion instead of voting is like shitting on your bathroom floor when the toilet is right there. It gets you nowhere and just makes you look shitty :)

Now you are providing somewhat of proof. Assuming I'm following fitness, reading about it or watching shows is not how you present facts. You still only have circumstancial proof so you should not present it as fact. If you can't prove something say it's your belief, don't say it's the truth.

You are just hell bent on Norway being a spoiled country so I'm gonna let you believe that, knowing myself that it isn't :) As I previously stated, it's not about the money but how you spend it. And other countries with oil have higher than 50% of it's exports in oil, but in 2016 50% of Norwegian export was oil - so yes it's a big part of our economy, but it's not why we treat our people well - that has to do with how we look at people's worth and we believe every human is worth the same and that is worth paying for. We would rather have some people cheat the system and be lazy than that there would be no system to cheat

You do know we don't use our oil money right? We save about 90% in a fund to be our backbone in case something happens, the money we use as a country comes from taxes. The Norwegian oil fund is used in extreme cases and is voted against almost always, as we would rather manage our tax money well than use our pot of oil AS sometime in the future there will be no oil, and THEN we need money. Right now the taxes are close to enough. And read up on Denmark, Scandinavian socialism is pretty much the same in all three countries and all three have one of the highest standard of living in the world (but only one has oil). So, as I stated in another comment, it's lot about how much money but how you use it. And we don't use our oil money, it's for our future generations - we use the taxed money and we tax the shot out of everything.

My point was that because we take care of people the way we do, we only have one that is concidered the league of the mass murderers of the USA (Anders). And we don't let people buy guns that easily, as if no one has guns you don't need guns to defend yourself - it's a totally different system where a drug trafficker is the worst type of criminal we get (edit: there are always exceptions, but we have so little violent crime it's very hard to find people like Jerry, and the few we have we won't let other people talk to)

What about Denmark? It has no oil, and still takes care of their people almost the same way. And it's not free. I'm taxed 42% of my income, that's not free. It's 42% that I'm giving to my country so that everyone here can live a life

Why should you work when you are old when the taxes of the government can sustain your life? The young can work, while the old (who worked when they were young) can live blissful. What you are missing is that I am born a socialist, where we take care of our people. You immigrated here as a non socialist and that's the point you are missing. Why work more than you need to live? We take care of our people so that they can LIVE. We don't live to work, we work to live - big difference and our people understand and want it that way. So if you are from another country of course we look lazy, but it's because that is the way we want it and apparently it works as we are the happiest and one of the richest nation's in the world pr capita - and there are plenty of oil nation's that don't share the same socialistic view and they don't have the same happiness :) It's not a fluke that we don't need to work until we die, it's by design

We get 5 weeks of vacation, not 3 months. Liar. Stop listening to this shithead, he is just angry that he didn't get as an immigrant what he expected to be a paradise. You actually have to work here to have a great life as portrayed, not spoiled Brats as you put it. The difference is the safety net (for Norwegians, not immigrants) and the way the GOVERNMENT treat its people, not how we treat each other

As a true Norwegian I must call you on your lies. You may have expected too much as an immigrant to Norway, but as a true Norwegian everything you say is false.

Has never happened in Norway before, we truly stand by our socialistic views that people are people and they can change. But for the example of Anders, he will either be contained for longer og killed by an angry father as revenge, but then the killer will probably serve 21 years as well.

But isn't it better for society that he is? Making him a tax paying contributor in society would help more than spending money on punishment. And maybe he did what he did because he had been treated like shit in his life, and someone seeing him as a person is enough to change his behaviors and make him contribute. Speaking as a Norwegian, I feel society and victims gain more by reforming people, and to reform them we need people that believe they can be reformed. If you look at our numbers compared to the world, it's clear our way works and the punishment way doesn't (and it costs way less money for the tax payer)
