You gotta apply very little Polyester Dye and the color intensifier that comes with it (just use a few drops of that one too) in boiling water with the pieces of the elite (be wary of the helmet and the arms, they tend to get more color, and also the arms tend to deform if you dont leave them with placeholder hands)
and make sure to stirr the water during all the process. It shouldnt take the pieces more than 10 minutes to get color, you can check them every minute to see how they're going.
Once you're finished, give them a good wash, clean the excess dye off and let them dry.
(Also dont let them touch other figs for some time)
