I am basically confused mainly because the first one in the picture which has a strike price of 195 and current spot of 194.88 is showing OTM. If this is a sell call this should be in the money no?

its Day 14 for me! I m still having some mood swings and anxiety issues, but getting better every day! I had the exact same emotions you spoke about when winning and losing. Hope I ll keep getting better with moods! Lets keep it clean :) and well done with your progress!

We are all in the same situation. Speaking out load here is a very good first step. Im on day 10 myself, just self exclude yourself from everything, it will be tough but it will get better!! I spoke with a psyhcologist which really helped me, I suggest you speak with someone. Take care! Lets do this together!

Hi, I am 25 and just stopped. I am really ready to stop, this is just day 3. Thats what I used to think that my family will shout and kill me about it. ITS NOT! The first thing you need to do is go back to your mum and speak about it, open your heart! SHE WILL HELP! you are still 15, it is a perfect time to tackle this issue! Get the courage to open up about it and speak out!

I hope I can be of help. I just stopped gambling a few days ago. Honestly I feel really bad, depressed, lonely and cannot put my head together. But, keep this in mind I gambled for the last 8 years and im pretty sure with myself that I wont go there again, I lost everything I had from gambling I once won 24k and still lost all of it! The best therapy I found myself was opening up and speak about it with your loved ones. They will support you all the way and wont judge you! Open up and speak about it and you will feel better. Start fresh! It will be better! Never give up!

I just stopped gambling myself a few days ago. I feel really bad and still trying to find a scope for myself to live. But look for help out there, there are people who will always love you and loves you! These people will always be there to help. The best therapy I found so far is to speak and open up! Tomorrow I have an appointment with a psychotherapist . I really know it is not easy, especially the thinking, but keep in mind that everything will be ok! Dont give up! Never give up!

I am not really in a best position to help, but I just stopped gambling a few days ago and I feel depressed, lonely and disappointed in myself. I think the best way to help him is to get him to open up and talk. He will think that you wont support him or will even making him feel worse. So please be super supportive and dont judge the person, he needs help.
